Software for ticketing and visitor management in museums and cultural institutions

Museums and cultural institutions across Europe use go~mus, most of them in Germany. They run their day-to-day with it, from the online booking to the box office to the guided tour on a Sunday. go~mus is not a generic ticketing tool you put next to everything else. We work our way into how a house in the cultural sector really operates and build the software around it. That shapes every decision.

go~mus has been built since 2012, exclusively for the cultural sector. It started in Germany; today institutions in Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland keep their operations running with it too. The interface speaks German, English, French, Dutch and Luxembourgish, and product names translate too. Founded in Berlin, at home in Europe. We host in a GDPR-compliant way and develop with privacy by design.

Since the first line of code, go~mus has issued more than 46 million tickets, online and at the box office. Behind every one is a person whose visit we helped make a little easier. A spontaneous single ticket, an annual pass, a school class or a booked guided tour, in the holiday rush or on a quiet Tuesday morning, every visit is its own process with its own logic. And the number keeps growing every day.
