Add-On

go~mus + forms

Drag-and-drop forms on your website, participant data via token link, backend modal with pre-fill. Multilingual, with built-in GDPR mechanics.

Requests from your website

Public widgets and iFrame embeds drop request forms directly into your website. go~mus captures input in a structured way and distinguishes three sub-types: general requests, booking requests and accreditation requests. Further request types are in preparation.

For booking requests, group splitting and a programme planner help convert a non-binding request into a binding order. Accreditation forms capture press and trade visitor data in a separate channel with approval logic.

Collect data for every booking

After a booking, go~mus sends the booker a token link to an individual form per participant. The school group adds its class list with allergies and language preferences, the workshop registration captures experience level and what people bring, the family booking records per-person details and circumstances. The booker does not need to know or enter every detail, the data comes directly from the participants.

Data capture anywhere in the backend

From any backend view, you open a form modal pre-filled from the current context. From a booking detail page a volunteer registration with the event name pre-filled, from an exhibition page a press kit request with the exhibition pre-filled, from any list an ad-hoc questionnaire.

The pattern originated as contact tracing during the pandemic, hopefully never needed again. The mechanic remains useful for any data capture that has to happen quickly and in context.

Drag-and-drop editor with multilingual support

The editor provides standard field types: text, textarea, number, date, choice (single, multiple, dropdown), heading, hidden field. Date fields can respect closing days or exclude weekdays. Conditional required fields steer dynamic input, for example a comment field that only becomes required when „Other" is chosen.

Per form, you maintain translations per language. Templates can be copied instead of being set up from scratch each time.

GDPR built in

Per form, you set the retention period; a captcha protects against bot spam; deleting a booking anonymises the related form data automatically. Contact forms anonymise after the configured period, booking-related participant data disappears with the booking, no data leftovers.
