go~mus + reseller
ExperienceBank for online travel agents, direct API for large partners, B2B shop login. With contingent control, commission rules and collective invoicing.
Three integration paths bundled
The reseller add-on bundles the three partner-sales paths in one configuration surface: online travel agents via the ExperienceBank channel manager, large platforms via the direct REST API, B2B partners such as travel agencies, hotels or city marketing via their own shop login with a configured price list. Who sells how is your decision per partner.
Contingent control
Within your ticket contingents, you set percentage shares available to resellers, or release a fixed number. This way, you do not overbook your venue and can still hand volume to partners proactively. For seasonal peaks, you increase the contingent for a limited time without your direct sales taking a hit.
Commission rules per partner
Per partner and per offer, you define commission rules. Typical setups: a fixed percentage on all sales, higher commission on special exhibitions, lower on standard tickets. The commission shows up automatically in the collective invoice; the net amount flows after deduction.
B2B collective invoicing
B2B partners typically order on account. Per partner, you choose whether the collective invoice is generated monthly by service date, or whether each order is invoiced individually. Collective invoices export as PDF or XRechnung for ERP import on the partner side.
Reseller reports
The reseller report shows revenue per product and partner, conversion rate and drop-off rate on partner channels. You see where your sales partners are strong, where tariffs or offers need adjustment, and whether a new partner reaches its volume target. Filter by period, partner and offer, export as CSV or XLS for the quarterly review.
