For bookings and assigned guides, working hours beyond the actual booking time can be recorded automatically based on fixed rules.

Hours that are not linked to a booking (e.g. preparation or admin work) can be entered manually.

Apart from the fixed rules for additional time, extra effort during a booking can also be recorded manually in the booking process.

Tour time, preparation, scheduling, administration, travel time, leave and sick days, strictly validated for clear analysis.

Minutes, hours and number of bookings per guide by day, week, month or year, suited to fee and payroll runs.

Set hour quotas per guide and an optional reserve (e.g. 800 h quota + 200 h reserve). Bookings are possible up to the approved limit and beyond, but are clearly visualised in the system.
