What's new
Apple Wallet support for individual seats
Individual-seat tickets can now also be stored conveniently in the Apple Wallet on the iPhone. The ticket is always available directly on the phone, no printing, no searching through emails.
ZUGFeRD e-invoice
The German e-invoice is now fully implemented, your invoices are automatically ZUGFeRD-compliant. Important: the billing accounts have to be filled in completely.
Features
Colour highlighting of placeholders in templates
Placeholders in email templates are now highlighted visually. This makes working with templates and placeholders easier and lets you spot faulty placeholders immediately.
Logging of visit-info dispatch
Automated or event-driven emails are now logged, so their delivery can be checked accordingly.
Flexible send times for event and automation rules
Previously you could set how many days before or after the visit a reminder email is sent. New is that you can additionally set the exact time of day the email goes out.
Analyses for group and individual-seat bookings
The Excel exports were extended with additional information for more precise settlement and analysis.
Group tours now include the following additional details:
- The postcode of the booking person (from the billing address)
- The postcode of the visiting group (from the origin details at booking)
- The associated exhibition
- All booked rooms (comma-separated where there are several)
Public tours are now supplemented with:
- The associated exhibition
- The individual title of the appointment
- The language the tour is held in
VAT ID on collective invoices
For collective invoices, the customer's VAT number can now be shown on the invoice PDF.
Configurable date range for iCal exports
The date range for the iCal export can now be configured individually. Please reach out to support if the previous limit of at most 6 months into the future is not enough.
Scannability of the Bundesmuseen Card (AT)
Bundesmuseen Card tickets with a 14-digit card number are now recognised when scanned with go~mus + entry, and the associated card-origin information is taken over automatically from the Bundesmuseen system.
Cancellability of Vienna Pass scans (AT)
The connection to the Vienna Pass system was extended so that already scanned tickets can be cancelled afterwards, for example if a scan happened by accident.
Improved barcode validation for external systems
Barcode checks for external systems were optimised so that invalid or faulty barcodes are detected more reliably.
Multilingualism: translations, forms and widgets
The localisation of widgets and forms was improved further. In addition, we kept working on the translations of go~mus, hundreds of terms and labels were newly translated.
Changes
Performance optimisations
Several areas of customer management now load considerably faster. Optimised database queries provide better system performance.
Security
Malware scanning
All files uploaded by users in the back end are now automatically scanned for malware, for more security in your system.
Session invalidation on password changes
When a password is changed, all active sessions are ended automatically. All devices the account is logged in on are signed out and have to log in again. This helps prevent anyone from having unauthorised access to the account.
Current password required on password changes
When the password is changed, the current password has to be entered before a new one can be set. This ensures that only the person who really knows the account can change the password.
Rate limiting for password-reset requests
A protection mechanism prevents automated attacks on the "forgot password" process by limiting the number of requests per minute.
Other technical security updates
We keep the system up to date at all times. The underlying technology as well as various external components were updated to their current versions.
- Ruby was updated to the latest version
- Various security updates for external libraries
