Booking offers

This feature includes many templates for booking offers as well as processes for sending booking offers within the booking flow. It also supports recording customer confirmations and sending booking confirmations.

If an offer is configured to require an "additional confirmation by the customer" when booking, the booking flow provides an option to send the offer directly.

If this option is chosen, the customer receives the booking offer by email. They can then present it to decision-makers for signature and approval.

Bookings that require an "additional confirmation by the customer" are highlighted accordingly.

When recording the customer confirmation, additional details can be documented.

Orders that contain bookings requiring an "additional confirmation by the customer" warn when you try to confirm them as binding.

The offer PDF carries your house brand: your own background graphics, freely positioned elements in parts, multilingual cover text per template. The PDF templates feature bundles this with tickets, booking confirmations, order confirmations and invoices, so every document arrives at the recipient in the same look. More on templates.
