Digital tickets

Deliver tickets digitally: as an accessible HTML page and as an Apple Wallet pass, with your own templates assigned per ticket.

Tickets delivered digitally

With go~mus, your visitors' tickets are not only sent as a PDF attachment. Two digital delivery paths complement the PDF: an accessible HTML page and Apple Wallet. This covers the preferences of your guests, from „my phone is enough" to „I need the ticket readable by a screen reader".

Accessible HTML page

A web page with all tickets of the order, clearly structured and large enough to scan at the entrance. Each ticket shows the title, date, time, meeting point, order number and the admission QR code. The flip side carries visit info, terms and the purchase date.

The page works with keyboard navigation, screen readers and reduced motion. Buttons are at least 44 pixels in size. Logo, QR code and external links carry alt text. The page language follows the selected order language.

Where visitors reach the HTML page

From the order confirmation page after purchase, from the QR code on the self-checkout terminal, and from the back office for support cases. From the page itself, customers can download the PDF ticket or open the wallet pass. One URL serves several preferences.

Apple Wallet pass

Tickets, personalised annual passes and seats in event bookings are also delivered as an Apple Wallet pass. Customers have the ticket in the wallet app of their iPhone, without download and without print.

The pass carries the barcode scanned at admission. Functionally, the wallet pass equals the PDF ticket, with less friction when opening.

Your own templates, individually assignable

For HTML pages and wallet passes, you create as many templates as you need: one per house, per exhibition, per offer or per campaign, as your communication requires. Every ticket is assigned a template in the backoffice. This way, you shape the delivery per museum, exhibition or offer without being bound to fixed branding buckets.

For the HTML page, design runs through per-template CSS; markup and controls stay the same so accessibility does not depend on the template. For the wallet pass, you design layout, logo, background image and fields on the front and back per template.

Scope

The accessible HTML page applies to classic ticket sales. Apple Wallet additionally covers personalised annual passes and seats in event bookings. Vouchers and shipped hard tickets use different delivery paths today.
