Invitation management
Closed events with personalised invitations, RSVP, per-list plus-one rules, manual reminders and admission validation on the event day.
Set up your guest list
Individual guests are entered manually, larger distribution lists come via CSV import or directly from a contact list in your CRM. School contacts for the school-year opening, press contacts for the vernissage, curator lists for the special opening: one source, one send, one overview.
Personalised send with token link
Each invited person receives an email with salutation, name and a unique token link to the confirmation form. The acceptance deadline (for example fourteen days before the event) is configurable per invitation list. Sending happens individually or as a batch to all invitations not yet sent.
RSVP with plus-one rule per list
Invitees open the token link and choose accept, decline or self-register. The plus-one rule is configured per list: the vernissage list allows every guest one companion, the press list only individuals. On accept with a companion, the second seat is reserved automatically. On self-registration, guests complete missing contact data themselves, without backoffice rework.
Reminders at the click of a button
Shortly before the RSVP deadline, your team sends a reminder to everyone who has not yet accepted with one click in the backoffice. Anyone who has already accepted or declined is excluded automatically, no duplicate sends.
Overview and admission on the event day
In the dashboard, you see Accepted, Declined and No Response at any time, with filters and export for catering planning or the security briefing. On the event day, invited guests are validated via token or barcode. With the go~mus + entry add-on, this runs via turnstiles and scanners; without the hardware add-on, via the backoffice list at the reception desk.
