Admission control

Tickets, annual passes and wallet passes are read by the scanner, validated and redeemed. Invalid or already-used codes are flagged immediately, with a clear status colour and, where applicable, the reason for denied admission.

Several scan modes are supported: single admission, multi-day admission, special exhibition add-on, same-day re-entry, companion. The allowed mode can be configured per entrance.

For network passes like the Berlin MuseumsPass, you scan a pass issued by another participating house at your entrance. Admission control verifies validity via the go~mus relay, without your instance knowing the order data of other houses.

During the day, you see live how many people are currently in the building and how admissions develop hour by hour. Floor staff and management steer capacity in real time.
