Change history

go~mus logs every change to a record with timestamp, user and a clear before-and-after view. This way, queries from accounting, management and customer service can be answered with evidence.

Every order, booking, customer, institution, request, user and right-of-access case has its own history view. You jump from the record straight into its list of changes.

In the history, you can filter by period, by user or by changed attribute. So you find what you need quickly, even in large datasets.

For GDPR access requests, the history gives extra weight to your response. You can prove when and how a piece of data was created and whether it changed afterwards.
