Calendar

The month calendar shows bookings in a clear monthly view. The level of detail per booking is intentionally low: only the booking number, time and colour indicators reveal details at first glance.

Unlike the month calendar, the scheduling calendar shows the bookings of each day along their timeline and reveals more details per booking from the start. Rooms, guides and inventory are visible directly, conflicts surface at a glance.

go~mus lets users and guides subscribe to dates in their own calendar such as Outlook, Google or Apple. Unlike an export, a subscription updates dates in the personal calendar when they later change.

In addition to the global month calendar and its filtering by specific resources, every museum, exhibition, offer and room in go~mus has its own calendar with day, week and month views.

Each of these calendars supports calendar subscriptions of the bookings it contains.

Combined with user access restrictions via roles and rights down to individual museums, the calendar view of bookings can also be limited to one or several museums.

Daily, weekly and rule-based patterns with exception days, for example „every Wednesday at 6 pm except on public holidays". You configure the series once and go~mus generates the individual dates in the calendar. Changes to the series apply from the next date onwards; individual dates can deviate.
