Users are assigned to museums. What a museum offers, what is booked there and what is captured for that museum is only visible to authorised users.

For group-wide functions (management, accounting, service centre), cross-museum roles can be defined. These see everything, other users only their area.

Reports and analytics also respect the tenant boundary. Management sees the group consolidated, an individual house sees only itself.
Master data and templates
Master data, templates and constants can be maintained centrally or per museum. Each house keeps its own tone of voice without having to duplicate all master data.
