Wrapper tickets

A wrapper ticket is a main ticket that bundles several sub-tickets. The sale creates the wrapper; the sub-tickets are generated in the background. Sub-tickets are independently valid: each family member enters at their own time, each day of a multi-day pass is redeemed individually.

You create as many wrapper configurations as you need, for example a family ticket of two adult and two child tickets, or a three-day pass made of three day tickets. Based on your existing single tickets, without having to create new ticket types.

Family tickets are the classic use case: one main ticket, several sub-tickets, one order, one price. Examples: two adults plus two children, or a four-person family ticket with different age tiers. Small group offers like a „table workshop" with three seats can also be modelled this way when no separate group logic is needed.

A multi-day pass bundles several day tickets under one wrapper. Weekly passes, three-day passes or a flexible four-day pass are typical variants. At the door, one day ticket is redeemed at a time, in any order within the configured validity.

A wrapper ticket sells like any other ticket. In the online shop, it sits in the cart as a single product; at the till as a single line item. The sub-tickets are created in the background and arrive at your visitors on the accessible HTML page, in the PDF or in the wallet pass as individual tickets.

At the door, each sub-ticket counts once. Family members enter at different times, multi-day passes are redeemed on different days, group wrappers allow staggered entry. The wrapper itself is not scanned; it is only the bracket.
