We take care of operations: hosting, updates, performance, SSL. You sell without having to maintain a website. This path is the fastest if you do not run your own web development team.

If you have your own web development, your team builds the sales flow directly into your existing website. We provide web components for calendar, ticket selection, cart and checkout, plus a REST API for custom flows. Everything runs on your domain, in your code, without an iframe.

Online sales bring together all booked modules: tickets, annual passes, vouchers, events, concerts, memberships, merchandise. Which of them are active depends on your contract. Both paths (turn-key and self-integrated) cover the same set of features.

Payment runs via the methods configured in your instance. Delivery happens, depending on the product, as a PDF, wallet pass, accessible HTML page, shipping ticket or digital code.

Customers check out either as a guest or with an account. Logged-in customers see their order history, repeat earlier orders and re-download wallet passes.

The turn-key shop is statically pre-rendered (SSG) for high performance. Multilingual and SEO are built in. Accessibility aligns with BITV 2.0 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA, tested with Lighthouse, axe DevTools and manual walkthroughs. In the self-integrated variant, our web components carry the performance and accessibility load; SEO stays in your hands through the same-domain integration.
