Sales flow at the terminal
Visitors pick tickets at the self-checkout terminal, pay contactless, by card or via smartphone QR code, and receive the ticket as a print or straight onto their phone. Queues at the till shrink markedly, especially at peak times.
Combined with the staffed till
Self-checkout runs alongside the staffed till. Reports and order data are unified, you manage the mix by capacity. For special cases or questions, the staffed till stays the point of contact.
Accessible mode
The terminal offers a dedicated accessibility mode with AAA contrast, larger hit targets and controls placed at the bottom of the screen, so wheelchair users and shorter guests reach them without straining.
Multilingual
German, English, French, Dutch and Luxembourgish are available out of the box. After short inactivity the kiosk reverts to the default language.
