Master data
List and detail views, global search and freely definable constants form the skeleton of master data management in go~mus.
List views
Master data in go~mus is managed in list views. Consistent design across all list views ensures that users always feel at home.
Comprehensive filters help users keep track even with large datasets.
Sorting and filtering options ensure that users get to the data they need quickly.
Detail views
Details of individual records are managed in detail views. Here too, consistent design helps users find their way around.
The most important information is in the profile of each record and is what users see first.
The actions available for the record based on the user's roles and rights are always shown on the right.
Links from other data to this record are managed in the lower part of the page.
Global search
The global search covers all relevant records: customers, orders, bookings, museums, offers, exhibitions and more.
It sits in the header and is always reachable, so you get to the data you need quickly.
Thanks to advanced search technology, the search returns good results even with typos and after only a few characters.
Constants
Constants are the skeleton of go~mus. The structures defined here are available throughout the rest of the system as assignments, filter criteria and search attributes.
