Cancellation periods and fees
You define per offer or offer category when free cancellation is allowed and what fees apply later. The rules can be tiered by period, for example „free up to 30 days before the date, then 50 percent, 100 percent from 7 days before the date".
Self-service in the online shop today
Self-service is limited. Today, go~mus supports two flows: cancellation of bookings for free events (useful against no-show rates) and converting an order into a gift voucher when your venue is connected to the Korona POS.
Classic self-cancellation with refund via the online account is not yet in the standard. Cancellation through the back office is always available.
Cancellation in the back office
In the back office you can cancel at any time, also outside the regular period. You can enter a deviating fee or cancel free of charge. Each cancellation is logged with reason and user.
Refund
If the order was paid by card, the refund goes back via the original payment method. Bank transfer payments are refunded as outgoing transfers. Cash payments are refunded as cash at the till.
Impact on invoices
Cancellations automatically generate a cancellation invoice with correct VAT handling. The original invoice remains, the cancellation is documented.
