Templates
Manage templates for emails, PDF attachments, Passbook tickets and calendar files in go~mus, globally or per museum, exhibition and offer.
Overview
In go~mus, you can manage templates for emails, PDF attachments, Passbook tickets and calendar files. You can create individual templates per museum, exhibition and offer and define extensive attachments.
This way, you address every audience appropriately and, if needed, automatically send all the documents you want right after a successful booking.
Email templates
For every situation that requires emails to customers or guides, individual global templates are provided by default and can be adjusted as needed. They work for various scenarios across all museums, exhibitions and offers without further configuration. You can also define individual templates per museum, exhibition and offer to address each audience with the right tone and level of detail.
A wide range of placeholders is available to reference data from the system.
PDF templates
PDF templates carry the look of your house on every document: booking confirmations, tickets, order confirmations, invoices, gift vouchers and more. Per template, you set background graphics and position elements freely in parts, so every document matches your letterhead.
You define layouts per museum, exhibition or offer and use placeholders to drop in data from the booking and order dynamically. Every audience receives a fitting document without manual adjustments per send.
HTML templates for digital tickets
HTML templates define the look of the accessible ticket page that customers reach from the confirmation or via the QR code at the self-checkout. Each template carries title, visit info, support contact, terms text and terms link in multiple languages. Branding runs through per-template CSS; markup and controls stay the same.
