Day tickets
Day tickets entitle visitors to enter the selected museum or exhibition on the chosen day.
Day tickets give the museum a fairly reliable way to manage the expected number of visitors per day.
Time slot tickets
With time slots, you define the period during which visitors can enter with their ticket. In go~mus, time slots can range from 5 minutes to 12 hours. Time slot tickets offer the finest control over visitor flow.
Flex tickets
Flex tickets are tickets with no fixed date or time. With a flex ticket, visitors can enter on any day at any time. Flex tickets offer high flexibility for your visitors but limited planning for the museum.
Personalised tickets
Personalised tickets capture data about the ticket holder. By collecting names and additional information in the online shop, you can offer tailored museum experiences.
Combination tickets
Combination tickets link several tickets together. They support, among others, the following formats:
- Family tickets: a flat price for the whole family with a selectable number of sub-tickets (parents, children).
- Multi-venue tickets: a flat price valid for several venues.
- Multi-entry tickets: a flat price that allows entering one or several venues multiple times.
Contingents
Contingents control how many tickets can be sold, when and through which channel. You can configure how many tickets may be sold in total as well as per sales channel and sales phase.
VIP tickets
VIP tickets can be made available in the online shop only to people with an invitation and/or code. This makes it easy to organise special tours, events or limited offers in a targeted way.
