Payment methods
We offer all available payment methods. You decide which methods you want to provide to your customers.
Third-party providers such as PayPal can be integrated either as separate payment service providers or as a payment method within our payment processing.
Payout
Payouts are made monthly. Shorter payout cycles are available on request.
If desired, the payout of payment revenue can be made separately from the settlement of payment fees.

We offer payment processing in several billing models:
- Interchange++
- Blended fee per order
- Blended fee per ticket sold
Onboarding and support from one team
Onboarding, including the application process and submission of all required documents (KYC, Know Your Customer), takes place directly in go~mus.
For all questions about payment processing, support comes directly from the go~mus support team via the usual channels (phone, service desk, email).
Integrated reporting
Reports on transactions and refunds are integrated directly into go~mus.
Access relevant data without having to log in separately at the payment service provider.
Refunds directly from go~mus
Refunds can be initiated directly from go~mus when cancelling orders or individual items.
