Contracts with Giant Monkey GmbH around go~mus run under different sets of terms depending on the type of service. This page is the overview.
- Individual
Licence and master agreements
go~mus is provided in different licensing models, e.g. purchase, rental or as Software-as-a-Service, on the basis of individually negotiated master agreements. These agreements govern scope of services, service levels, fees and liability.
For public-sector contracting authorities the EVB-IT (the Ergänzende Vertragsbedingungen für die Beschaffung von IT-Leistungen, the supplementary contract terms for IT procurement issued by the German federal government) typically apply, or the individual terms set out in the respective public tender. We align with these requirements in procurement procedures.
For other institutions we conclude individual master agreements.

Webinars
A dedicated set of terms governs registration and participation in our one-hour go~mus webinars. It covers registration, fees (free for active customers / flat administrative fee for third parties), cancellation, liability and data protection.
